ELITE BOHEMIA, founded in 1996, is one of the pioneers in the production of crystal lighting fixtures in the Czech Republic. WHAT IS BOHEMIAN CRYSTAL
Czech crystal was created in the 17th century and already in the first half of the 18th century it gained world fame thanks to its perfect optical properties. Czech crystal chandeliers decorated the palaces of personalities such as Louis XV, Maria Theresa, Empress Elizabeth and Osman III.
The production of crystal lighting fixtures is a process that combines traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. It begins with the selection of high-quality crystal, which is carefully cut and polished to achieve maximum brilliance and sparkle.
This is followed by the manual assembly of individual parts, where precision and attention to detail are paramount. Crystal elements are often complemented by metal components, which are also hand-crafted and surface-finished.
